on our website for the current calendar year, and at our live event(s)
100% of the 2022 Sponsorship Fees for our Northern Virginia event will go directly to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. In NYC we’re raising money to benefit the local Ronald McDonald House charity.
Since 2011, Chess 4 Charity, a 501c3, has raised over $50,000 for children’s charities, and has sold about 100 corporate sponsorships. Our events have been attended by hundreds of people at each event, and thousands of people in total since inception.
We expect about 200 people to attend, and about a dozen sponsors, at our event in Virginia. The NYC event is new, and a bit smaller, but growing. For our San Antonio events, we’ve partnered with Complete Chess who already runs local tournaments there, so we expect a good turnout.
